Forks and Mast The MaxVision mast maximises the operator’s field of vision at all heights. The Mast Tilt Control (MTC) absorbs unwanted mast movement and achieves 80% faster mast stabilisation. The optional Level Assistance System automatically stops forks at the correct shelf level. X models support lift heights exceeding 12 metres with stable handling at full height.
Operator Compartment and Controls The cab features electrically adjustable floor height, a tilting seat with ergonomic backrest, and an easy-access entry with ergonomic hand bars and a low non-slip step. The Multifunctional Ergologic Joystick controls seven functions, including lifting, lowering, reaching, and tilting. Automotive-style pedals sit in a familiar position for intuitive operation. PIN-code access prevents unauthorised use and logs operator identity.
Drive and Steering The Intelligent Cornering System senses turn angle and reduces speed automatically for maximum stability. A mini steering wheel with floating armrest is ergonomically adjustable. Optional 360-degree steering keeps the truck in constant motion, saving seconds on every turn.
Electrical and Control Systems: The advanced on-board computer stores individual power and hydraulic preferences for up to 350 users. The Stability Support System (S3) automatically optimises mast reach, tilt, and sideshift with a reach damping function. The optional S3-2 adjusts maximum travel speed relative to actual load weight.
Frame and Hydraulics: The modular design limits parts count for a high first-time fix rate during service. The Soft Motion hydraulic algorithm adjusts reach, tilt, and sideshift speeds to improve handling throughput. The EasyAccess battery compartment allows quick checks and maintenance.
