What is a Masslift Ninja?
“A person who excels at a particular skill. Individuals that are highly trained in stealth and control.”
The Masslift Ninja is our culture spokesperson. As a collective, we refer to ourselves as Ninjas because this concept embodies our cultural pillars, our values and the way we need to think and act in order to achieve our goals.
Traditionally the Ninja has worked alone. At Masslift, we bring together individuals who come from a diverse background all equipped with unique skills and when combined, we create a synergised high-performing group environment. We are a unique collective of Ninja’s, we are fun and playful towards one another, but calm, mindful, focused and productive in our individual roles.
The Ninja is both an individual and the collective Masslift workforce. The Ninja is not defined by age, gender or race. The Ninja humanizes our cultural values and company policies. The Masslift Ninja character is also used to convey powerful messaging of transformation in the workplace and the promotion of our Cultural Pillars.
