Parts Administrator

Job Details

Role Purpose:

To ensure that Parts Administration is maintained to company KPI levels so that both external and internal customers are satisfied with the level of service excellence offered by the Masslift Parts department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Capture requisitions, stock transfers, purchase orders, invoices and credit notes onto the Share Drive.
  • Assist with the placing of local orders
  • Follow up on local parts backorders ensuring that Service personnel including technicians are kept informed of ETAs on incoming parts.
  • Assist Parts Counter Sales as and when required.
  • Assist Parts Stores to issue parts as and when required.
  • Assist with the GRNs and dispatching of parts.
  • Doing the daily filing of all documents in the Parts Department
  • Assist with bi-annual stock counts.
  • Report on cost allocations for couriers and work with relevant personnel to ensure that courier invoices are processed timeously.
  • Work closely with other key Masslift personnel internally to develop and achieve company budget, performance and strategic objectives.
  • To be part of good people management ensuring that you have a formal balanced scorecard and that the required performance reviews are conducted twice a year.
  • To follow health and safety, environmental and company standards.
  • To adhere to all company policies and code of conduct
